Safety is defining attribute around which a successful aviation operation is built. The entire team of pilots at HCPL have all trained at either the manufacturer’s or manufacturer approved training schools abroad. The pilots are also trained for HUET, Dangerous Goods handling and are capable of operating IFR by day and by night. All licenses and currencies are kept upto date to enable a safe and smooth operation for the clients.

The members of engineering team too have all been trained at the manufacturer’s facility and have also done ‘hands on’ training working on helicopters for many years. The team is qualified for servicing the AW139 upto the 1000 Hrs Check and the Bell 412 Helicopter upto the 3000 Hrs / 5 Years Check.

As a policy, the company’s present as well as the future fleet will consist only of the Bell 412 ‘EP’ helicopter and AW139 Helicopter both of which are capable of pure Class I operations in all phases of flight. This policy has been firmed up keeping in pursuit of the highest safety standards expected by our clients. All helicopters operating in offshore meet the most stringent DGCA requirements laid down for such operations.
